First off, this is the realtor you want. I was a Realtor for over a year and have worked with many other Realtors. Mary is the best one I've worked which is awesome because she was helping US buy a home. We lived in NC while we were searching for homes in VA Beach. We didn't know how we were going to find a home while living 7 hours away, but Mary offered to do virtual showings for us. A house popped up that fit what we were looking for and Mary let us know and proactively asked if we wanted to see it. We put an offer in that night and it was accepted in the morning. Christina is FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! She made buying my first investment property so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. I was impressed with her level of knowledge about the Hampton Roads housing market. She provided ample amount of data and advice that helped me avoid first-time investor pitfalls. Christina was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased my first investment property in a highly contentious market so securing a property was difficult. However, with Christina’s knowledge and contract writing skills, I was able to secure the first property that I bid on, which had multiple offers, many over the asking price (which mines was not). She was able to help me figure out the best way to position my offer and what price to go in at to give me the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept my offer over the other ones. Christina provided multiple contractor contacts, which is helping me to expedite getting work done on my property to get it ready for tenets. Christina was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time investor, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open.Christina will work with you to make your desires a reality.
